Returns and Fees
You have the right to make a return within 45 days from the date of purchase for orders in Europ and USA. Return costs are covered by Official Ace Ultra Premium under the following conditions:
1. Use the return label provided and return your package within 45 days to receive a free return.
2. For each additional return label on the same order, a fee of $4.5 per package will be applied.
3. You also have the option of returning your package via your own carrier, but the costs will be your responsibility.
Reimbursement Process
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receipt of your return package. During busy periods, such as sales, processing returns may take a little longer (approximately 3 to 5 additional business days). Important details regarding reimbursement are as follows:
1. Initial shipping charges, handling fees and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
2. By default, your refund will be credited to your Wallet. Official Ace Ultra Premium, which you can use for your next order or transfer to your personal bank account at any time. A confirmation email will be sent as soon as the refund is processed.
